BASE 16 or THE HEXADECIMAL CODE

You’re probably wondering why we are using a letter (like F) to express a number. Well, that’s because we are using a number system called Base 16. It is also called the hexadecimal system. Don't let that scare you; it really isn't that difficult to understand and once you do understand it, you’ll have the key to color. Let’s just take it step by step.
